The Springboard Charity helps young, unemployed and disadvantaged people sustainable career in the industry. We have always believed that with the right help and guidance, people can find a place to suit them in this dynamic industy and Springboard works to help individuals reach their potential through the services we offer and the activities and programmes we run.
Springboard's resources and activities embody the long held ethos interactive, hands-on, up to the minute information about the industry - and we deliver plenty of them! We provide free specialist advice and guidence through our CareerScope service which includes our website, helpline, careers materials, magazines, DVDs and one to one appointments. We pride ourselves in being the best source of specialist advice and guidance and help people make an informed choice about their career in hospitality, leisure and tourism and take the right next steps.
